- Delivery is made within five days of order placement.

Please first contact us by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. - For packages whose dimensions add up to 160cm or less, we use TA-Q-BIN.
- For packages whose dimensions exceed 160cm, we use Yamato-bin.
- Delivery times can be specified by the following blocks: morning (9:00~12:00), 12:00~14:00, 14:00~16:00, 16:00~18:00, 18:00~20:00, 19:00~21:00.
※Delivery times (e.g. 15:35) cannot be made to accommodate the convenience of event halls or corporate addresses.
※Please note that some delivery time slots are unavailable for certain regions. - Packages whose dimensions (length + width + height) add up to 160cm are treated as large parcel deliveries.
- Please note that large parcels (puffy helium balloons) are not easily shipped to Okinawa.
- Additional delivery time and delivery fees may be incurred for addresses in remote regions. Please contact us for more details.
- For deliveries to event halls,
be sure to set the delivery date to be one day before the event itself.

Cancellation Policy
- There is no cancellation fee before the product is completed.
However, it is with regret that we ask for your understanding that cancelling an order after it has been completed will be difficult.
Return and Exchange Policy
- In general, we only allow returns or exchanges if they were defective or damaged during transport.While we endeavor to ensure every order is perfect, in the unlikely event that the products are damaged during transport, or the delivered goods are different from those ordered, we will allow a return or exchange, free of charge.For long-distance delivery, we may be unable to honor your desired delivery date.Please confirm the contents as soon as possible after delivery.After shipping, we are unable to cancel orders that are late because of the courier company.Please note that on rare occasions, deliveries may occur after the requested time slot, due to traffic, accidents, or weather.
